Use and Care:

• Before First Use: Hand wash cookware in warm soapy water, rinse well, and dry thoroughly. Avoid harsh scourers.
• After Cooking: Do not put cold water in a hot pan; wait until cool, then remove all food and fat residue using hot soapy water and a nylon cloth/brush.
