This mandoline slicer features five blade settings, including julienne, thin, medium, thick and extra thick. The automatic height-adjustable food holder enables quick, even slicing and helps protect fingers. The food holder stores underneath the mandoline, keeping everything together for neat storage. On the side of the Precision Handheld Mandoline is an easy-to-read adjustable tab, enabling you to slide easily between julienne and slice thickness settings - five blade settings including julienne, thin, medium, thick and extra thick. After slicing your vegetables, set the tab to zero to lock the blade. The clear runway shows food as it is sliced, and the nonslip handle and sturdy, nonslip base offer stability while slicing vegetables like potatoes, onions and cucumbers. Dishwasher safe.
