The Borner V3 Basic Set comes with our vegetable and fruit mandoline slicer which is ideal for cutting different thick and thin slices. Simple, fast & healthy. Comes with our V3 slicer, the blade insert that also serves as a child protection lock, a slicing insert for cutting two thicknesses, and the food safety holder to protect your fingers from the sharp Borner blades. This kitchen mandoline is ideal for slicing potatoes, tomatoes, onions and so much more.
