The Squeeze Vase at 34cm is perfect when you want your flowers to make more of a statement. Its taller height suits long stems, fuller bouquets, and elegant branches, making it ideal for dining tables, sideboards, or open living spaces. Designer Lena Bergström created the Squeeze collection after an unexpected moment in the glass studio. While working with hot glass, the shape bent inward by accident. Inspired by this, she recreated the “squeezed” form intentionally. Each vase is mouth-blown and then gently pressed by hand while still hot, forming two soft indentations. Inside, these create a cross shape that holds flowers neatly together, so they stay upright and balanced — even with just a few stems. The flowing curves give the vase a sense of movement, almost like a quiet dance captured in crystal. Since its launch in 1997, Squeeze has become one of Orrefors’ most iconic designs, loved for combining sculptural beauty with practical function.
